The apartment:

This spacious 4-bedroom apartment in Madrid offers comfort for up to 8 people.

The living room is a spacious and cosy meeting space, with a double sofa bed providing flexibility to accommodate more people.

It has four bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, providing a cosy environment, the other two have single beds, ideal for more privacy.

In addition, it has two full bathrooms with showers, ensuring independence for all guests. In short, it is an ideal space for large groups or families looking for a comfortable stay in the city.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
