Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a tumble dryer. Outside there is driveway parking for two cars with additional roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, and a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture.
