NEW APARTMENT located in the residential area of Cala Gonone; situated on the first floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom in which a single bed can be added, second double bedroom and bathroom.
The property is completed by a large terrace with a beautiful view over the surrounding greenery and partly over the sea, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation; the flat also has a large courtyard on the ground floor where children can play in peace and freedom.
Convenient free parking in the vicinity of the house. There is a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a barbecue corner for tasty barbecues.
Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a peaceful and quiet stay; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.
The beach at Cala Gonone is 1,100 metres away.
For larger groups another flat with the same characteristics is available next door, for a total of 10 beds.
