WIDE APARTMENT located in a small residential complex in a quiet position. It consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, two other bedrooms with bridge beds and bathroom. The property is completed by two furnished terraces for outdoor dining, courtyard and parking space. Present: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The holiday home is located very close to the beach of the village, as well as to the tourist port from which boats depart daily for excursions to the beautiful beaches of the area; even the centre of the village is easily reached on foot and therefore the house is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to have a holiday by the sea without having to take the car; it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe for example, as well as for excursions or climbing in the wild hinterland.
