Welcome to our apartment located in the golden square of the city of Nice. Close to all amenities, it will satisfy you with its ideal location and comfort. The apartment is located two minutes walk from the famous Negresco hotel and the Promenade des Anglais.

The apartment is suitable for 4 people.

* If you have booked for 2 people but want to have both beds prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival.

The accommodation is rented as a whole (32m2). Animals are not accepted (for reasons of hygiene and allergies) and the accommodation is non-smoking.
The kitchen :
The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, complete crockery (including wine glasses and champagne glasses) and cooking utensils. kitchen (corkscrew, etc.).
Essential products :
We provide you with all the basic necessities in the form of a starter kit, namely Nespresso capsules, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, as well as garbage bags.
Sheets and towels provided:
We provide you with sheets, towels and beach towels.
Please take into account that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, but 2 Rowenta Silence Force Fans.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city center of Nice. Everything is therefore accessible by foot.
The apartment does not have parking.


Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):
4pm – 8pm: 50€
8pm – 10pm: 75€
10pm – 12am: 100€
12am – 1am: 150€
After 1am: 200€
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.


Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
