Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of South Kensington, just a short stroll from Gloucester Road station and the iconic Hyde Park. Nestled in one of London's most prestigious neighbourhoods, this stylish and cozy retreat provides the perfect base for your city exploration. Please note the following:
- The lift starts on the first floor therefore there is approximately 20 steps to reach the lift.
- The air conditioning of the apartment is a central unit in the corridor which serves the bedrooms and the living room, further air cooling fans can be provided on request

• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.
• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.
• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.
• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.
• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.
• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.
