Alto Salento, comfortable house in Maruggio, a few minutes from the sea

CasAle is a typical “Maruggese” holiday home (120 square meters), just 2 km from the beautiful beaches
of Campomarino, a sea village on the Ionian coast. The apartment covers the ground floor and offers a
large internal garden (of about 30 square meters). CasAle consists of 2 bedrooms (4 beds in total), an
entrance hall with a smart TV and stereo system, a dining room with a separate kitchenette, a bathroom
with shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (bed / living room), fans (bathroom / kitchen), mosquito nets
and double-glazed windows.
All the main accessories, such as TVs (2), electric oven, kettle, espresso / moka coffee machine, iron,
ironing board and hairdryer are available to guests. The outdoor area is equipped with barbecue, sink and shower.
CasAle is an independent apartment, recently renovated (with ancient star vaults in local stone), ideal for
a relaxing holiday in the authentic “Alto Salento” area. It is located in the heart of Maruggio, close to all
services, restaurants and shops, for a more comfortable stay. The CasAle’s strategic position allows our
guests to easily reach historic, typical and interesting places such as:
the MarTAArchaeological Museum, the Aragonese Castle of Taranto, Grottaglie (the ceramics and crafts
village), Lecce and its Baroque masterpieces.

INCANTEVOLE sistemazione. Impeccabile, curata, comodissima, pulitissima. Molto ampia ed arredata con molta cura e grande gusto. Corredata di tutto punto. Spazio esterno attrezzato e vivibile. Faciltá di parcheggio auto (gratuito) sotto casa ed in pochi minuti a piedi si trovano tutti i negozi necessari (dal panificio alla farmacia). Che dire degli host… Irene e Pasquale sono dei sapienti padroni di casa: accoglienti, premurosi, attenti, disponibili e sempre presenti anche solo per indicarti un ristorante x cena. All’arrivo hanno avuto anche la premura di farci trovare una graditissima box regalo piena di prodotti tipici. Un’eccellente sistemazione da “vivere” se si decide di scoprire questa bellissima zona dell’Alto Salento. Se proprio si volesse trovare un “punto debole”a questa gioiellino: -la mancanza di una lavatrice (ma anche in questo caso, visto che abbiamo soggiornato 11 notti, Irene ha avuto l’ accortezza di provvedere ad un cambio completo di biancheria infrasettimanale)
