A large studio of 30 m2 with stunning views, great benefits (a bay window of 4.50 m with double glazing and electric shutters completely blackout for the night),
It is arranged for 4 people maximum, with an Elevator and Air conditioning, INTERNET.
Private and secure parking, as well as a bike storage and a huge solarium on the seafront;
It is composed of :
- a modern sea view kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, crockery and pots and pans.
- A large living room with a very comfortable bed (high quality bedding in 140) folding, with large wardrobes mirror, and a sofa bed leather 'rapido' comfort, for 2 people.

Secure Property with Sea View

Property as described, with secure parking. Minimal supply of some kitchen items. Good location near beach, with attractive coastal view. Short drive to commercial area of St Aygulf. Easy communication with owner. Overall: a very enjoyable stay, at a reasonable price.

Bel emplacement

Appartement lumineux et très fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités, emplacement idéal face à une très belle plage , juste une route à traverser et les pieds dans l'eau. Merci à Jany pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Sejour 2 semaines a St Aygulf

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, juste en face de la plage, juste la route a traverser. pas loin de toutes les facilités... centre ville de St Aygulf, balade en velo, les etangs de Villepey, .. Studio avec Lave linge et lave vaisselle tres pratique ... Nous le recommandons

Studio Sympa avec belle vue

Studio très agréable pour un couple la vue superbe de la grande baie fait oublier la route passante devant très pratique la plage en face ou pour les amis naturistes une très belle plage à 10 minutes de marche Mme Lavanchy est très sympatique elle nous à fait confiance pour notre départ anticipé de laisser la clé dans la boite aux lettres allez y les yeux fermés si vous aimez le farniente sur la plage

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Le studio est très fonctionnel super bien placé on traverse la route et nous sommes sur la plage. Parking privé et clim. Très appréciable. La propriétaire sympa . Tous les bons ingrédients pour passer des bonnes vacances .Une adresse que nous conseillons et que nous gardons.

Sehr zweckmäßiges und sauberes Appartement. Insgesamt wurde unsere Erwartung erfüllt.

Nur durch die viel befahrene Küstenstraße vom Strand getrennt. Trotzdem weitestgehend ruhig. Sehr angenehm: Klimaanlage, WLAN und PKW-Stellplatz auf zur Straße hin durch Rolltor verschlossenem Parkplatz. Angenehme Vermieterin. Wir waren zufrieden.

Klasse Appartement mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Feriendomizils war einmalig, es liegt direkt am Strand und weitere Ausflugsorte sind schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin hat uns vor dem Urlaub über alles informiert und auch während der Reise, wenn Hilfe benötigt, jederzeit weitergeholfen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie... bonne adresse a decouvrir et a faire partager

idéalement situé studio proche du centre de st aygulf et face à la mer propre , équipé , avec en prime pour les motards abri dans un garage pour les motos ou vélos ou materiel pour les sportifs , propriétaires très sympathique et avenant , et pour les amoureux de la nature site protégé pas besoin de voiture s'y rendre vous descender du studio et vous êtes directement sur le site et pour les randonneurs balades balisées sur la cote , et pour finir petits restaurant sur le port et toujours face a la mer , simplement magnifique a conseillé . Idéal pour de belles vacances

D'une part par son emplacement juste devant la mer offrant une superbe vue (juste la route à traverser) et d'autre part son côté très pratique. Nous avons trouvé le lieu idéal pour nos vacances. Excellent séjour

Nous vous remercions pour la location de votre studio cette semaine. Votre appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région et nous avons pu en profiter toute la semaine avec en plus du très beau temps. La décoration est très jolie et la vue sur la mer dès le matin est très appréciable, le levée du soleil est également magnifique. La literie est parfaite et la wifi dans le logement est utile. Le parking privé est vraiment parfait. Votre gentillesse et vos conseils nous ont également permis de passer un bon séjour, nous recommanderons sans hésiter votre logement. Et peut être à bientôt.

Beautiful Apartment!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Frejus and Saint-Aygulf. The apartment is immaculate, and it has everything you need. Jany is very helpful and kind. It was so lovely to wake up to the views of the Mediterranean Sea every morning! I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Superbe petit studio très bien aménagé et refait à neuf. Store électrique très occultant, magnifique vue sur la mer avec soleil levant le matin. Les literies sont de très bonne qualité. La situation géographique permet des escapades faciles et rapides sur Nice et Saint Tropez. La propriétaire est très facilitante pour les horaires d'entrée et de sortie. À recommander vivement
