Hills Beach is just steps from the ocean 2 doors down, a nice sandy beach with great tides and access to the Saco River. Spacious attached 2nd story 3 bedroom suite has a full kitchen and living room with it's own second level deck entrance, with ocean views. The space is newly renovated, located on a quiet dead-end road that leads right to the beach. There's also a yard to play and dine outside at the picnic table. Mesh Wi-Fi is available to keep everyone connected. This private guest house is adjacent to a separate 4 bedroom in a second listing 1294601. private off street parking on a shared driveway, a larger parcel of the yard is adjacent to the fenced yard area if other guests are in main house. We're 15 minutes to OOB, 20 to Kennebunkport.

UNE is a 10 minute walk away too. We also do long term UNE student rentals 3 bedrooms from Aug -May, spaces fill up quickly and housing is limited. Booking for UNE 2025 Fall Semester.

Review of Beach Vacation

This place was amazing. Great location, lovely setting, very clean, lots of beach towels, and beach toys to play with. We want to go back next year! Thank you!!

spacious and comfortable condo in a quiet neighborhood on the beach

Well furnished and light filled condo that is upgraded/renovated and well stocked. Tim and Kim made sure our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and fun. They truly care about their visitors' experience. The second floor actually gives the place more of an advantage with views, it also has a nice porch. The well kept backyard is great to just hang out or have big family meals/gatherings around the gazebo and a large outdoor table with chairs. Tim and Kim can provide bicycles for use around surrounding areas. Very easy to bike along the quaint beach neighborhood. The beach is very quiet and scenic - especially during low tide where one can go out for hundreds of yards out. It's also situated where one side of the beach is on the ocean side, and the other is on the river that flows into the ocean. We had a great experience fishing. All in all a very good place to rent. Fun places to visit: bidderford pools, Kennebunkport and Kennebunk beach, Saco, Portland.

Nicely updated and steps from the ocean

This property was nicely updated and the bedrooms were huge. The beach was literally steps away. My family enjoyed walking out on the jetty at high tide and the sandbars at low tide. The owners were very nice and the apartment was stocked with some basic supplies which was really nice because we forgot to pack salt, pepper and laundry detergent. We highly recommend this rental and we will be back!
