Located near Marzamemi's charming village, Villa Calvo and Solare are two adjacent villas that are just 100m from the nearest beach and 300m from San Lorenzo (sandy) beach. Not too far from the stunning nature reserve of Vendicari, both villas offer private swimming pools, terraces, outdoor kitchens and barbecue areas. The villas are within 400 metres of the nearest sandy beach and only 3km from Marzamemi where you can find a wide range of restaurants, shops and more.

VILLA CALVO (sleeps 7)

Villa Calvo (140 sqm) develops over one level.

Inside, we find the bright living room with sofa, dining table with chairs and French doors that open directly onto the terrace. From here, we can access the modern kitchen which also has access to the outdoors.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with double bed and single bed also with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double (by pushing the single beds together) and a separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers ample spaces: a large covered terrace with comfortable seating, dining area for al-fresco meals and a private swimming pool (12x4m; 0.3 – 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges. There is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area and plenty of grass area for children to play on.

The villa (90 sqm) develops over one floor only, making it ideal for those with walking difficulties or families with small children. Inside, the find a bright and modern open plan living area with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen with direct access to the terrace outside.

The sleeping rooms consists of: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, and one separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, in the well-kept garden, we find the private swimming pool (12x4m; 0.3 – 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th; depuration: salt) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. Next to the pool we have the large covered terrace furnished with table, chair and comfortable sofas. Around the corner we have the outdoor kitchen area with barbecue, sink and cooking area.
