10 min drive to Broadway, brand new renovation in a duplex, with a wooded backyard located in Nashville’s coolest neighborhood, where you will find Nashville's best foodie, coffee, bar scenes.
A few mins away you’ll find coffee shops like Living Waters (coffee and Brewery), Barista Parlor, Crema, bars like Rice Vice (top ranked bar in the US), Fox Bar Speakeasy, Sid’s Gold Request Piano Bar, and restaurants like Shotgun Willie’s BBQ, Mas Tacos, Once Upon a Time in France, and more.
On our street is a park with the best view of downtown Nashville, with trails through the woods, and basketball courts.
This is a monthly stay perfect for virtual workers, nurses, and those looking to relocate to Nashville, as it has an office with a monitor, full kitchen with necessary cooking utensils, washer and dryer, ironing board, and anything else necessary to live. There’s a sofa bed that’s comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children and I purchased a wide enough couch in the living room to sleep an adult.
A 3 minute walk to bus stop that can take you downtown.
