Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we’ve designed the apartment to make you feel right at home.
All foreign vehicles must be registered in order to drive within Barcelona’s metropolitan area.
To do so, you’ll need to apply for registration through the Metropolitan Registry of Foreign Vehicles.
Once your application is reviewed and all requirements are validated, you will receive confirmation of the vehicle’s registration and authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Please note:
The resolution of your application (approved, denied, or incomplete) will be issued within 15 business days.
There is a €5 processing fee for the registration.
The building does not have an elevator, so please consider this when planning your stay.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward (flexible depending on the previous guest’s check-out).
Late check-in after 9:00 PM incurs a €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM (may be flexible depending on the next guest’s arrival).
We value our good relationship with the neighbors, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Parties are not allowed.
Starting May 1st, a tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 nights) will be charged. This must be paid in cash at check-in. Guests under 16 years old are exempt.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Please dispose of your trash before checking out.
An additional cleaning fee may apply depending on the condition in which the apartment is left.
A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. As per local regulations, we are required to scan and register these with the local police database.
