It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00.

It is distributed over two floors, with spacious master bedroom on the first floor with its double bed, ensuite bathroom, open walk-in wardrobe and back yard terrace. The second bedroom you find one level down with its double bed and en suite bathroom. As well the third bedroom that also have a separate bathroom and another terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and have dishwasher, toasters, kettle and coffee machine, connected with the kitchen you have the living room with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and access to the terrace. On the terrace you find another dining table and a lounge group.In the apartment there's fiber optic internet and a central hot and cold air conditioning system. For people travelling with children or older people there is an elevator and a private parking in the garage.
