Très bien pour un groupe d’amis

Bel emplacement (Boulangerie à 5 mn, Intermarché à 3 mn), assez complet, avec un annexe indépendant qui ravit les enfants ou adolescents). Les 2 salles de bains sont un grand plus. Tv numérique avec wifi. Cuisine assez complet (mais pas de crêpière !). On est plus que satisfait de notre séjour.

Maison bien située par rapport au front de mer et au centre ville, possibilité de ne pas prendre la voiture une fois sur place, la maison est spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire correspondant tout a fait à l’annonce.

Sejour agreable

Maison où nous avions dejà sejourné et où nous sommes revenus avec plaisir. Le niveau de proprete de celle ci a evolue positivement, la cuisine refaite à neuf est appreciable. Merci de nous permettre de venir avec nos toutous qui ont ete ravis de profiter du jardin bien cloturé

Excellent séjour

Petite maison très pratique, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, et bien localisée (front de mer à 10 minutes à pied, ville fortifiée accessible à pied, supermarché à 5 minutes à pied, gare à 10 minutes à pied). Il y a même quantité de livres et jeux pour enfants à disposition!

Location maison chez laurent duflot

Maison très sale. Pas prevenue de gros travaux maison mitoyenne à côté +en face donc réveillé de bonne heure impossible de se reposer. Nous avons dû écourté nos vacances partie de la location mercredi matin au lieu de vendredi car intenable.

Prima vakantiehuis

Mooi huis op rustige locatie in de rand van de stad. Bezienswaardigheden, winkels, restaurants en activiteiten op loopafstand. Prachtige stad. Huis is meer dan groot genoeg met een omheinde tuin. Fijn voor kinderen en de hond. Minpuntje, huis had iets schoner gemogen en tuin was wel wat verwilderd.

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit katastrophal

Leider haben wir bei unserer Ankunft eine Küche vorgefunden, die so verdreckt war, dass sie nicht benutzbar war. Die Reste unserer Vorgänger waren noch im Kühlschrank, auf dem Tisch, das Geschirr nicht sauber gespült, die Küchengeräte komplett verdreckt. Griffe und Besteck verklebt und schmierig. In den Pfannen klebte eine Fettschicht. Nicht einmal der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war gesaugt. Ich habe alles auf Fotos festgehalten und Kontakt zur Concierge aufgenommen (der Check-in fand kontaktlos statt, nachdem wir 2x die falsche Adresse genannt bekamen und vor dem falschen Haus standen). Sie wollte kommen und sauber machen, was aber nie passierte. So standen wir vor der Entscheidung bleiben oder gehen. Schade fand ich, dass wir, nachdem wir uns wegen der Sauberkeit beschwert hatten, völlig alleingelassen wurden und überhaupt keine Kommunikation mehr stattfand seitens Vermieter, der nicht auf E-Mails reagierte und auch bei fewo-direkt wurde uns nur nahe gelegt (nachdem die Fotos vorlagen), wir sollten uns mit dem Vermieter direkt einigen, was ja nicht machbar bar, da dieser nicht antwortete. Es war unklar, ob wir eine Teilrückerstattung unseres Geldes bekommen würden falls wir klagen und eine doppelte Zahlung war für mich schlichtweg nicht machbar (Anmietung einer anderen Wohnung). So haben wir zusammen mit einer Freundin, die mit ihrer Familie zeitgleich in St. Malo war und auch eine Ferienwohnung gemietet hatte über fewo direkt (top Zustand!!) mehrere Stunden investiert um wenigstens die Küche soweit in Ordnung zu kriegen, dass wir sie benutzen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön, der Garten auch und den Rest des Urlaubs haben wir das Beste draus gemacht. Insgesamt jedoch befindet sich das Haus in einem eher lieblosen Zustand, einige Möbel sind kaputt, die Einrichtung nicht mehr zeitgemäß und teilweise verwahrlost. Über all das kann man großzügig hinwegsehen, nicht aber über die Tatsache, dass offenbar nicht geputzt wird. Und das zu einem stolzen Preis von über 100 Euro am Tag!! Ungut finde ich auch, dass sich bei Beschwerden keiner zuständig fühlt und man eben Glück hat oder Pech mit dem Objekt. Es gibt offenbar keinen Qualitätscheck und wir werden nach dieser Erfahrung überlegen, ob wir nochmal über fewo buchen. Bisher haben wir immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht gehabt. Diesmal leider nicht…

Maison dans quartier résidentiel au calme à une demi heure de St-Malo intramuros

Maison située dans un quartier calme . Deux douches au rez de chaussée deux wc au rez de chaussée et un wc sanibroyeur à l'étage. Bien agencé. Literie confortable. Seul bémol pas assez propre vieux coussins. Laa persinne qui s'occupe de la location est très agréable.

a revoir

tres bon accueil par la concierge , tres agréable. logement bien situe pour pouvoir aller dans St MALO a pied. quartier calme. le logement serait parfait si il avait été propre. il nous semblait être des intrus ( vêtements , chaussures des propriétaires, armoire fermée a cles) Sanitaires propres mais oreillers sales, les recoins du logements sales, l aspirateur ne fonctionne pas. vaisselle dépareillée, usée, peu d'ustensiles dec cuisine. Le proprietair4e nous a fait envoyer des oreillers arrives le jour du départ ( le geste y était) mais pour la saleté ...... rien cela m a beaucoup contrarie

La literie des lits de 2 places est très confortable. Le pain de la boulangerie la plus proche est excellent. Julie (la gérante) est très sympathique et disponible. La plage est à 5mn à pied.

Agréable maison bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette sympathique maison situee dans un quartier calme à proximité de tout. On y trouve les equipements nécessaires, le jardin est egalement très agréable pour les chiens! Nous avons eu la chance d avoir une météo idéale ce qui nous a permis de profiter de manière optimale de la maison et de son environnement

Suffisamment confortable.

location bien située

Bien localisé, commerces , marché de Rocabey et plages an moins de 10 mn à pied. En revanche, à notre arrivée, le ménage laissait fortement à désirer (poussières sur les meubles, les plinthes, coulures sur les portes) . Quant aux casseroles et poêles , le matériel est extremement limité pour cuisiner en famille . En dehors de cela , très bon séjour , maison agréable dans quartier calme avec très joli jardin.
