Third Bedroom (Accessible Suite) – Two single beds, step-free access, and an adapted ensuite wet room with grab rails
Fourth Bedroom – Twin beds & plenty of storage
A separate cloakroom is also available for all guests.

This extraordinary home promises a Salcombe escape like no other—a luxurious yet welcoming space where coastal beauty, modern comfort, and unforgettable memories come together.
Other Things To Note:
1) Wifi access throughout this property.
2) No smoking, vaping, or candles or BBQ's are permitted inside, on the terraced garden area or in close vicinity to the building.
3) Children should be appropriately supervised at all times in the house and on the terraces.
4) There are external security cameras at this property which are turned off by the owners prior to and during all guest bookings. There are no such cameras inside the property.
5) For guests with limited mobility, this house benefits from a level entrance via the accessible bedroom which has it's own adapted ensuite. There is also then a lift to provide access around the house, offering access to all areas except the dining room. The lift can accommodate a wheelchair and a further person. (Please provide prior notice that access to the lift will be needed at the time of booking).
6) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.
7) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
8) Please note that this holiday home does not accept any pets. However, the owners do bring their own dogs on occasions.
