The house is located on a great residential street, very little vehicle traffic, and at the end of the street is a small public park complete with a 700-ft long stretch of sand along the bay, kid's playground, tennis court and basketball court. At the other end is the beautiful ocean beach that LBI is known for. Walk with the kids to the bay or the ocean, bike around the neighborhood, play at the bayfront park, or venture into nearby downtown Beach Haven.
This is an updated unit with central A/C, nicely appointed furnishings throughout, large-screen TV and high-speed wireless internet. The rear deck off the kitchen has flexible table seating and a Weber gas grill, great for outdoor meals, and you'll have shade there during the afternoon to take a break from the sun.
In the evening head up to the large roof deck to enjoy the amazing sunsets over the water on the bayside! The roof deck is fully furnished with a large dining table set and separate conversation furniture set for dinner and relaxing after a long day at the beach.
There are two beach cruiser bikes available for your use during your stay. Lots of folks start the day on LBI with a leisurely bike ride, run or walk up and down the main boulevard. And since this is the southern-most part of the island (less than 1/2 mile to the end and nature preserve), vehicle traffic in the morning is light and there are more pedestrians and bikers than cars.
This unit has a private outdoor shower on the ground floor and four off-street parking spaces.

The home is just 2 miles from downtown Beach Haven, including Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Thundering Surf, several mini-golf courses, ice cream galore, and many of the best restaurants and bars on the island.
