Charming, lovingly newly furnished renovated house in a typically original French style.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room with separate dining area and a covered glazed veranda.
The 3 bedrooms and the living area have new air conditioning.
All kitchen appliances were also newly installed.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood,
The breathtaking view overlooking the Bay of Saint Tropez and the open sea allows you to relax.
Enjoy the day by cooling off in the pool and relaxing in a deck chair on the large terrace or in the shade in the Patio area. The location of the house also invites you to explore the surrounding area on a walk and discover many new viewpoints. Or take a trip in the heart of the French Riviera to beautiful places like Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphael, Saint Tropez or Cannes. Saint Tropez and Cannes can also be easily reached by ferry.
If you want to take a dip in the sea, the azure waters are less than 10 minutes away by car.
Pool heating is provided on request from April to September. With respect to the environment, the max temperature is set to 27°C. For the months of April and May an electricity fee of 250€/week will be requested.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
It would be great if you could simply leave the house swept clean at the end of your stay.

Beautiful stay at Villa Mall

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mall, we relaxed, had fun and were able to go on beautiful walks with our two dogs. The Villa is absolutely comfortable and enjoys magnificent views in a very quiet area. We will be back next year !

Sehr schön gelegen, traumhafter Ausblick

Gelegen in einem Wohngebiet, trotzdem absolut ruhig. Wer dem Trubel entfliehen möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Was soll man abends teuer Essen gehen um auf das Meer zu sehen, wenn man es hier doch so schön hat! Unten am Wasser ist man mit dem Auto in ca 10 Minuten. Es gibt entlang des Meeres viele kleine Strände, an denen man herrlich baden kann. Geht man den Berg noch ein Stückchen weiter rauf, ist man in der Wildnis. Hier kann man wunderbar mit seinem Hund spazieren gehen oder wandern. Der Check-In und -Out ist unkompliziert und Michael jederzeit erreichbar, falls man Tipps o.ä. benötigt. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt!

Wunderbar… einfach traumhaft!

Einzigartig und wunderbar in jeder Hinsicht. Die Lage - wunderbar ruhig; die Ausstattung - in der Villa fehlt es an gar nichts...vom Waschtrockner bis zur Espresso-Maschine über herrliche Bett- und Badische, sogar Pooltücher und edles Geschirr; der Pool - einfach nur herrlich. Die Villa liegt in einer kleinen Einbahnstrasse in der lediglich Anreiner ein- und ausfahren: das macht die Lage besonders ruhig und die Nachbarschaft ist ausgesprochen freundlich und ruhig. Die Villa ist ausserdem perfekt und komplett eingezäunt (ideal für unseren Jack Russell, der sich frei bewegen konnte) und der alte Pflanzen und Baumbestand garantiert absolute Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns bestens aufgenommen gefühlt und eigentlich würden wir uns wünschen, dass diese Villa ein Geheimtipp bleibt. ;-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und möchten uns herzlichst bei Michael und Billy Schäffler bedanken, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat und absoluter Diskretion immer behilflich waren. Vielen, vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen und wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus mit gigantischem Ausblick

Wir (Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern + 1 Windhund) wurden sehr freundlich von der charmanten Tochter des Verwalters in Empfang genommen, die uns das Haus und die Einrichtungen sehr kompetent zeigte. In das neu renovierte und mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet Haus haben wir uns sofort verliebt. Es ist schon einzigartig, wenn man von der gesamten Südseite des Hauses, wo sich 2 Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer, der Wintergarten und die gesamte Terrasse befindet, diesen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez hat. Dieser auch nachts beeindruckende Ausblick genügt schon, um in Urlaubsstimmung zu kommen. Aber auch das mit allen nützlichen technischen Gerätschaften top ausgestattete Haus ist ne Wucht; die 2 Bäder sind ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Als wir ankamen waren die Betten überzogen und die Handtücher wie im Hotel hergerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlte. Freundlicherweise wurde der Pool so beheizt, dass alle Familienmitglieder happy waren. Da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich unser Hund bedenkenlos frei bewegen. Der nahe "Wald" ermöglichte schöne Hundeausläufe und die Gegend weist sehr vielfältige Mountainbikestrecken auf. Sehr unkompliziert war auch der Kontakt zu der äußerst freundlichen Verwalterfamilie, die sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts bei uns erkundigte, ob alles funktioniert und zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist; sehr aufmerksam! Fazit: Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, wir kommen wieder.

Charming property with fantastic views

We (family of four with two teenagers, and a small dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michael was is a very supportive host and there when needed, without being intrusive when not. The property is very private with a fantastic view of the bay from the terrace. The house is very clean and well equipped, with good cooking facilities. The pool was warm (thanks also to it's heating which was a big draw for us in April/May). The only downside was that the wi-fi was off during our visit due to a fault on the line which was yet to be repaired. Thankfully there was a few DVD's we made our way through as a family. Les Issambres is actually a nice little village with a nice atmosphere - the road is a lot less busy than further along the bay to Sainte Maxime or St Tropez. A couple of nice beaches and a few shops with everything you need for the week. We would highly recommend and visit again.

Tolles Haus

Der Urlaub war außerhalb der Saison und wunderschön. Die Lage des Hauses mit der fantastischen Aussicht ist einfach toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Zusätzlich zur Nähe zum Meer lassen sich vom Haus aus wunderbare Spaziergänge im Naturreservat rundherum mit einmaligen Ausblicken unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
