The upper floor of the villa houses an independent accommodation, inhabited by the owners during the periods of medium and low season (and which is closed in high and very high season).

The villa is also an excellent base to easily explore the surprising territory of south-eastern Sicily: from the splendid beaches and the characteristic seaside villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi to the enchanting baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa. Ibla, Noto and Syracuse; from the archaeological sites of Kamarina and Cava d’Ispica to the Vendicari nature reserve.

At guests' disposal: Private pool purified with salt and heated to 26 ° C. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
