Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, 600 metres on foot from the Institut de Français, very close to the train station, beaches and all amenities, LE PROVENÇAL is a 62m2 holiday rental apartment that is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 4 people (ideal for a couple with 2 young children). From its balcony, you can fully enjoy its beautiful sea view.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift.
It consists of a nice living room with a fully equipped American kitchen and a dining area overlooking the balcony, 2 small single sofa beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200cm that can be joined together into a large 180cm bed. You will also find a bathroom with a large shower and a toilet.
You will be only 10 minutes\' walk from the port of Villefranche.
Pets not allowed - deposit 800€ (pre-authorisation on card/not debited) - non-smoking - air conditioning - wifi internet
