The apartment is very light and airy and has fans in the lounge and bedroom. Has an iron, ironing board, washing machine, microwave, oven and hairdryer.

Plenty of on street parking available. Taxi rank and bus stop within a few minutes walk, local free bus to Siam Mall/Siam Park.

Heated pool and poolside bar.

Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
