Modern and bright apartment in a residence with a swimming pool just outside the town of Augusta.

Located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment has a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, television, and dining table. In the same room, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, and access to the balcony. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and wardrobe and the second with a queen-size bed, television, and access to the balcony. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and a toilet complete the layout.

Guests have air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and heating.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot outside the property.

Then, On the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park, and the precious San Lorenzo. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola, and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
