Villa Zingaro by the sea with pool, Cala Bianca

Prestigious, welcoming and newly built villa, with an enchanting panoramic bay view., embracing Cala Bianca and extending up to San Vito Lo Capo. Its location is unique due to its proximity to the sea. The sea can be reached on foot via a path that winds through the native Mediterranean scrub, in an uncontaminated area declared a Site of Community Interest. Close to the historic village of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve and several major cultural sites.

The villa, with a roof featuring typical Sicilian tiles and a highly effective thermal insulation system, overlooks a large lawn. The wooden solarium area is equipped with a hydromassage mini-pool with integrated Blutooth audio system from which you can fully benefit from the exceptional sea view. The outdoor spaces are equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a cooking area with gas barbecue. The covered, handcrafted wooden veranda faces the sea and is also equipped with a table and chairs.

The house is entirely arranged on the ground floor. It is equipped with two finely furnished double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The high quality of the Italian-made mattresses should be underlined. Served by two bathrooms with resin floors equipped with large wall showers. In one of the bathrooms, recycled local "cementine" (vintage tiles popular between 1920 and 1960) patiently collected by the owner over the years are used as cladding for the shower walls. The open space kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. The presence of a kitchen with island allows for a pleasant breakfast with a view of the sea through the large window in the living room.

The furnishings are largely made by local artisans with high quality elements, revisiting recycled materials from farmhouses in the area. The result is of fine aesthetic taste, such as the lamps in the living room, made personally by the owner using work tools from Sicilian farmers, and the wardrobe doors made from ancient planks. The high-end Daikin air conditioning system allows comfortable use in all seasons. The private parking can accommodate up to three cars.

Mini-pool – Resources and Instructions

Mini-pool dimensions: 4.30 m x 2.20 m

The mini-pool is equipped with 4 seats with hydromassage nozzles at various speeds with 33 water jets and 16 air jets, Bluetooth audio system with integrated speakers, chromotherapy. The swimming pool can be heated by increasing the water temperature up to a maximum of 15° higher than the original temperature. However, it takes a few hours to do this. To reduce times, it is possible to apply covering panels for the mini-pool.

The mini-pool heating service has an additional cost of €30 per day.
