Relax in this chic and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor condo, high ceilings, that backs up to lush green reserve landscape. Located on the East side of A1A, less than 1 mile to the beach or The Lodge. Unit has been recently remodeled and furnished. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The guest room has a Queen size bed with nightstand, large closet. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are 55-inch flat screen TVs in the master and living room, that boast premium channels, DVR, blue-ray DVD players and hi-speed internet. Also, a 32-inch flat screen in the kitchen. There is also full-size Samsung washer & dryer in the utility room off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium pots and pans, coffee maker and all necessary tools to cook a gourmet meal.

Why they chose this property

This condo is in a prime location located on the East side of A1A off Corona Road at one of the only 3 main access points in PVB to the Ocean/Ponte Vedra Blvd. (Solano Rd, Corona Rd., MIcklers). This enables easy access to the ocean with just a short walk. The Colony is a very well-maintained and quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to all the surrounding country clubs, shopping at Sawgrass Village and TPC Sawgrass.
