Spacious holiday home in Theux with swimming pool

A large and very spacious Ardennes farmhouse decorated with great care so that our guests feel "just like home".

The house is ideally located in the small and quiet hamlet of "Desnié" between Spa (6 km) and Stoumont (5 km).

In winter, the large living room with its open fire will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

In summer, the south-facing garden has a magnificent private terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet, as well as a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m available from mid-May to mid-September.

The swimming pool is shared with the owner who occupies the part adjacent to the main part, but he remains very discreet and gives you priority with schedules to agree.

You are on the edge of the forest and have access from the house to great walks and mountain bike rides with superb views.

Note: The use of the fireplace is only allowed with the available wood in the house and minimum cover charge of 20€ depending on the wood consumption.
