This lovingly restored villa consists of two separate accommodation units (IT-35020-03 and IT-35020-04). It has a new swimming pool, an outdoor sauna and a bbq. It is set in the Venetian lagoon within less than half an hour's drive from the beaches (Chioggia and Sottomarina).

Villa Campagnola Due is located on the ground floor and it is 260 square meters: there are two bathrooms, four bedrooms and a spaciuos living area.

The idyllic setting of this holiday home ensures complete peace and privacy. It provides you with the perfect holiday feeling. Relax in the sun on your lounger by the swimming pool and take a refreshing dip every now and again. There is also a spacious covered terrace where you can relax or enjoy your meals.
