This beautiful apartment in a villa with a separate entrance is only 100 m from the Sciumara beach, which can be reached with direct access from the garden gate of the holiday home. The beach is pet-friendly. The beach of La Pitrizza di Lu Postu can be reached in a few minutes (only 3 km by car). The nearby beach of La Conia is also worth a visit. Be sure to visit the picturesque harbour of Cannigione, one of the most popular resorts of the Costa Smeralda due to its central location in relation to Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo. The property is located at the entrance of Cannigione, close to all services, even without a car. There is a pharmacy at about 250 m and a supermarket and a butcher about 350 m, while several stores, a church and markets lie at 600/700 m respectively. Cannigione offers many events throughout the year. Particularly in summer: festivals, concerts, festivals, tasting of typical dishes and fairs.
