Appealing studio with terrace

Studio located on the third floor with a closet bed.  Furthermore, there is a cozy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), an equipped kitchen (with new induction stove & new microwave/oven) followed by a cozy terrace with sea view. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and in the hallway there is a separate toilet. The TV was also recently renewed. The residence is close to the seafront, public transport and stores.  Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
