On a large natural plot surrounded by trees, this summer house is well sheltered and completely unobtrusive with only 550 meters to the water and approx. 2 km to Gjøl marina. The summer house has an attached double carport, a large courtyard, built in 2017 and is well and practically furnished. High-ceilinged living area with bio-fireplace where kitchen/family room and living room merge into one. Bedroom with doublebed and a room with room for three people divided into single beds and a wide bunk bed (90x200). Practical walk-in closet with really good storage space for everyone. With underfloor heating throughout the house, from an air-to-water heat pump, very low heating costs can be expected. The house is insulated all year and can therefore be used both in summer and winter. Bathroom with shower. Washing machine/dryer in the hall. TV with Apple TV box with the option of casting/Airplay from your own iPad/iPhone. In addition, there are DR1 channels and a TV2Play subscription with the option to watch all TV2 programs on demand as well as live programs. Good wi-fi connection throughout the house with a fast fiber network connection. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue for a lovely summer evening. The garden has small paths, corners with benches and a fire pit. Here you have the opportunity to go exploring. Between the tall trees you can take a swing. The entire garden is fenced. Not for rent to youth groups. Baby chair and weekend babybed are available in the cottage.
