Great location

Quite an old building but the flat is modern and welcoming. the location is excellent for the centre of Dundee and the waterfront.

Could be better

The apartment is a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Some items are missing (e.g curtains in one bedroom, hair dryer, bottle opener). When we arrived apartment had not been serviced. Able to contact owner quickly but took a time to rectify. Heating not working and it was v cold when we arrived. Promised a refund not received. On second floor. Very steep steps to access ( broken and not v clean, a bit off putting). Generally quiet location (although there is a bar open till 3am) close to town and all attractions. V&A very disappointing. Only one key which is awkward with more then one person.
