The entrance is well-equipped with washer and dryer. Renovated kitchen with all appliances. The kitchen is open in the living room with wood-burning stove. The living room has direct access to integrated tile clad conservatory with underfloor heating. Refurbished bathroom. 1st floor is not part of the leased area, as it is occasionally occupied by the owner. There is a harbour festival every year in week 31 so there might be loud music in the area. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
