From here you have access to the balcony. The living room has an energy-efficient heat pump which help ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year. During the summer period you have approx. 300 m to shopping and restaurant. No letting for youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
