Great location and view

We very much enjoyed the location of this house in the pretty and quiet village of Yport, a short walk from the bakery, grocery store etc. and (a short walk further on) from the lovely pebble beach (bring wet shoes for paddling/swimming!). The views from the property are magnificent and it is a very peaceful spot. From our perspective, the house was a little disappointing, partly because it felt more cluttered with the family's own possessions than we would have expected. Also, whilst the house is naturally rather dark and therefore nice and cool, in the evenings we found the lack of decent lighting available a little challenging, especially for reading.

Sejour de charme entre Etretat et Fécamp

La maison, très grande, a beaucoup de charme et bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel en surplomb du village d'Yport, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Excellent acceuil. Multiples activités à Fecamp, et belle randonnée depuis Etretat (aller en bus). Nous recommandons cette location.

Fantastische familie villa, zeer sfeervol, mooi uitzicht over kliffen en zee

Prachtig groot en oud huis , persoonlijke inrichting, leuke oude meubels. Alles wat je als familie nodig hebt is aanwezig. Yport is klein gezellig stadje, bakker en supermarkt op loop afstand. Zee op loop afstand. Kiezelstrand, prachtig helder zeewater. Vanaf terras en vanuit aantal slaapkamers zicht op stadje en zee. Zeer romantisch.

Lieu idéal pour un moment à partager en famille

Merci à Fanny qui nous prête cette grande maison pour vivre un beau moment en famille. Sa maison est un lieu ressourçant où on trouve vite sa place dedans ( nombreux petits espaces à investir : coins lecture ou jeux pour les enfants) et dehors (grand jardin et bel endroit à visiter).

Wundervoll und unvergesslich!

Natalie P., Berlin Cette maison est merveilleuse. Nous y avons passé deux semaines avec la famille et nos amis. Chaque chambre a son charme et caracère exceptionnel, la cuisine et la salle à manger est très grande, ce qui nous permettait de cuisiner tous ensemble. Le jardin dispose d'une terrasse avec soleil du matin et d'une autre vers l‘ouest avec une vue superbe sur la mer, le village et les falaises. Sans oublier le salon avec le piano. Nous étions autorisé à utiliser le piano de sorte que la musique imprégnait toute la maison. Nous étions tous très heureux. Chère Fanny, merci beaucoup de la confiance d'ouvrir cette grande maison avec toutes ses possibilités à d'autres personnes.

Un séjour très agréable!!!

Belle maison de famille de caractère. La vue sur Yport est magnifique et l'un des atouts de cette propriété. Nous étions 11 personnes et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir se retrouver tous ensemble. La maison est toutefois suffisamment grande pour permettre à chacun de s'isoler pour des activités plus calmes (lecture...). Proche du centre, elle permet de rejoindre les différents commerces à pied. Accès à la plage rapide, possibilité de randonnée.

Merveilleux...

Merveilleuse demeure pour réunion de famille. L’ambiance chaleureuse de la demeure enveloppe tout de suite. Très bien équipée, son style rétro donne tout de suite une atmosphère ou l’on se sent bien. Sa situation exceptionnelle avec une très belle vue est aussi un plus. Dommage qu’il n’ait pas fait plus froid pour utiliser la cheminée...
