Guests will be sent a check in document 24 hours before arrival with full information regarding the property including bins, wifi and key code box.
My mobile number will be given to guests so they have a point of contact for the duration of their stay.
There is also a 24 hour customer service team.
Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the correct bins. If you are unsure please place all in the general bin which is GREEN bin.
If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
Please ensure the freezer door is closed properly or charges apply to correct.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
No Smoking is permitted in the property!
No Gas Cannisters allowed on the premises!
Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.

Quiet hours should be observed between the hours of 11pm and 7am.Any damages should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge may apply.PLEASE NOTE - Due to an increase in "party bookings" which are strictly against the house rules, cause distress and disruption to other residents, and result in addition cleaning costs and breakages. Weekend bookings will require an additional damage deposit to be paid within 24 hours of booking. Refundable 24 hours post check out. Refusal to pay this additional deposit will result in your booking being cancelled
