About this property
Stylish, newly renovated 2bed seaside apartment
The first-floor apartment is newly renovated, offering a stylish & bright space which is comfortable and well equipped. Cromer is a popular sea-side town in North Norfolk, with its vast coastline & iconic pier (great for crabbing) it's the perfect getaway. Located in the middle of the town with designated parking, everything you need is on your doorstep, even the beach! Pop to Hatty’s tearoom for a cream tea, No.1, our favourite fish&chip shop or Rocky Bottoms for local sea food.
The first-floor apartment was newly renovated in July 2023, with style and comfort in mind. All furnishings and fittings were brand new.
There’s two spacious bedrooms with double beds along with a living/dining area featuring a sofa (this is a double bed), dining table, coffee table & a smart TV - you will need to use your own streaming app log ins. You will find a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC & a galley kitchen which hosts a breakfast bar & two stools.
There is one designated parking space at the rear of the property, please review the advert photos with reference to this. From the parking area, there is a gateway leading to a set of concrete set steps to the communal door at the rear of the property (these are steep, good mobility recommended), the second flight is within the communal corridor.
We own the two other apartments in the building, if you wish to book these for a larger group please get in touch!

2. No pets
3. No parties
5. No candles
Quiet hours 10pm - 8am
