Charming and beautiful townhouse for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private terrace with exceptional views to the Giralda tower, touristic icone of Seville.

It is located in the heart of the historic and monumental city center, just one block from the Cathedral, the most exclusive area in Seville. All the main interesting sites are within short walking distance (Giralda tower, Alcazar Royal Palace, City Hall, Archive of Indies, Santa Cruz district, Guadalquivir river, Golden tower, etc).

Recently refurbished for modern day-life, this townhouse with high wooden-beam ceilings is from the year 1900. All the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining room are provided with air conditioning and heating. All the beds have top quality beds. The wifi works well in the whole house and its use is free. It is distributed in 3 levels:

Beside the entrance hall is bedroom#1 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is the large main double bedroom with two single beds placed together, double closet and en-suite batroom with shower.

On the second floor, there are bedroom #3 and the living and dining room with the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The living room has a large (200x160cms) and comfortable double sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, 4 armchairs and a dining table. There are 2 extra beds available, that can be placed in the largest bedroom (the one on the first floor) upon request. There are also a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all modern appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses).



The terrace has exceptional views to the Giralda tower. It is provided with a table with chairs, deck chairs and a shower. The laundry is aside (washing machine, iron with iron table and lines to hang the clothes, both inside and outside).

This apartment was perfect for our family of five with two teens and a 20 year old. My kids loved the space and all the floors and terrace. I loved that it was so central to all of the places we wanted to visit in Seville. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers for all of us. It was a quiet even though it was so close to everything. Maria was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location!!! The place was clean and spacious enough for 6 adults. The house has 3 floors with each floor having a bedroom for 2 with a full bathroom. The host was very receptive and suggested a lot of activities near the area (including a Flamenco show). Will highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful Home in Heart of Seville
We truly enjoyed our stay in Seville at this beautiful home. Maria was an excellent host and communicated quickly. Her associate, who met us personally at the apartment, was lovely and gave us thorough details about the home and neighborhood. The house is quite spacious (each bedroom on a separate floor) so we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space as needed. Air conditioning worked perfectly, but the home stayed relatively comfortable without AC. It was also very convenient to have the washer available to wash clothes as we packed light for our travels around Spain. It is perfectly located by the gorgeous cathedral with many wonderful restaurants and stores nearby and within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seville and greatly appreciate the hospitality provided to us. Highly reccommend!

Perfect location! Made touring the city center so easy! We were able to easily return betwee activities for siesta. Maria was the perfect host. Communication was easy and clear. The apartment is great and in a great location. As others have noted, there are a lot of stairs to get to the top area where the kitchen is. The stairs going from there to the rooftop and to where the laundry machine is are extremely steep and may not be suitable for some people. In the bottom bedroom there was noise from the street at night and in the second bedroom there was noise from the neighbours (sounded like a tv). Overall though, great place to stay!

This property is not for anyone with knee problems, but since I'm not quite there yet... this was a great apartment! Great location, great interaction with the owners, and very clean. Just know it's one bedroom per floor (each with its own full bath!). Loved that there was a coffee shop right outside our door!

Location is the Best!!! in the historic area near all the Best sites, plazas, stores and eating/drinking stops. in addition-the location is on a small no traffic pedestrian street. so even though you're in the middle of great activity, the house is very quiet and peaceful. the house was meticulously maintained and equipped for all our needs. the house manager Maria takes great pride in the property. in addition Maria is super responsive to questions and concerns. you send her a text you hear right back! that was so important to us. we stayed 3 weeks with different couples visiting us and they were all impressed with the house the location and Maria. we visited other apartments/houses while we were there thinking about 2025 just to see what was out there-nothing compared to location house and Maria! a Trifecta!!!

The apartment is in a great location, literally next to the Cathedral, short 3 min walk to Alcázar and it is surrounded by many restaurants & shops. It’s an excellent place to be, especially for your first time in Sevilla. The pro’s - heart of Sevilla, next to many places to visit, the spaciousness of the apartment. Notes to consider - there are many tourist, it can be noisy, there are many narrow & steep stairs to navigate. There is 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom on each of the 3 floors, with the patio on the 4th. This allows guests to spread out between floors…but it also means 50 stair-steps from the ground floor to the kitchen & living room. This was fine for us, but if you have any physical limitations be aware. Our host Maria was very kind and offered excellent communication.
