with access to Offa’s Dyke, the Gloucestershire Way, Wales Coast Path, the Sculpture Trail, the Wye Valley Walk and the Wysis Way. Geocaching is a world-wide activity often described as a ‘game of high-tech hide and seek’, and there are many caches in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean.
The area is popular for film sets from ’Star Wars’, ’Merlin’ and ’Harry Potter’ to name a few. Other attractions include Puzzlewood, Go Ape, the Dean Forest Railway, Dean Heritage Centre and Clearwell Caves. Drive-in cinema nights are available at the local diving
centre and golf is available locally, with the world class Ryder Cup Course at the Celtic Manor within an hours’ drive.
