Secluded yet accessible, the three-storey, 550 sq. m dwelling accommodates up to 12 guests in beds and, if necessary, up to 13. Equipped with its own generator and water tank, the villa ensures resilience against varying weather conditions.

Indoor Setup:

Step into the ground floor, where a spacious open-plan area awaits with a living room, fireplace, a billiard table, satellite HD TV, indoor dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room extends to a veranda with a seating area, leading to the pool and garden. This floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom featuring a shower.

Ascend the staircase to the first floor, revealing a hall equipped with a washing machine, gym facilities, and a sitting area. The main bathroom, complete with a Jacuzzi, is also located on this floor. Three bedrooms grace this level, including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms featuring double and semi-double beds. The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
