Nice apartment. Unpleasant location.

The apartment itself is decorated nicely and was clean however the building itself is not good at all. Cheap office to resi conversion with paper thin walls. Signs in communal areas telling you to close the doors to keep homeless people out. Very warm in the summer and no fan provided so had to keep all windows open, overlooking extremely busy road opposite a bus stop and a large car park which is popular with homeless people. Couldn’t sleep due to noise of buses and traffic as well as a woman screaming, trying to jump off car park before police turned up. Very poor communication from host. Had to chase for the property address on day of arrival. No welcome instructions or WiFi. Very rough area. Does not feel safe.
