Built nearly 100 years ago by the famous Captain Carić, Villa Lady Sunset is a unique cultural treasure trove in the heart of Dubrovnik. Just on your doorstep is the ancient Old Town, a beautiful UNESCO world heritage site overflowing with fascinating history. From stunning Venetian architecture, winding ancient streets and town squares to explore, you’ll be in awe of the city’s vibrant beauty. If you’re after a slow pace of life, hop on a boat for a day trip to Kolocep island and relax on the unspoilt beaches lined with fishermen's cottages.  
Recently renovated by a local architect, the villa is an exceptional mix of classic contemporary pieces by famous Croatian artists and original antique furnishings. The tasteful blend of old and new is seen throughout in the colourful wall art, centuries-old tapestries, old-fashioned décor, and the sophisticated art deco fireplace. The mirrored entrance hall leads to the open living and dining area, with a fully-equipped modern-style kitchen in one corner and a handy double ensuite bedroom on this floor too. Three large French doors open onto the pool terrace and overlook the ancient Old City walls. The original stone staircase takes you upstairs, with two doubles and one master bedroom, which overlook the glorious grounds and glistening backdrop.  
With three sun-kissed terraces, all with incredible vistas over the Adriatic Sea and Old City, you’ll find it hard to leave this cherished oasis. Surrounded by its own traditional Dubrovnik garden, unwind on a sun lounger surrounded by wild orange trees, thick laurel shrubs and fragrant rosemary bushes. The twelve-metre swimming pool is just extraordinary, perfect for cool plunges to escape the hot Croatian sunshine. Dinners have never been so romantic as at Villa Lady Sunset, with two elegant, shaded alfresco dining spots, both boasting unforgettable city views.  
Please note that due to this beautiful villa being in the heart of the ancient city of Dubrovnik the parking space is only suitable for a small to medium sized car and is about 200m from the villa where the access includes some steps.
