Magnificent 1 hectare property with wood and pond, direct access to the beach

Cottage with lots of charm renovated in 2017: Magnificent family property of 1 hectare by the sea, including a large wooded park and a small secure pond.
100 m from the sea and the beach with direct access by a path, authentic Breton houses in pink granite with careful decoration.
Hikers and nature lovers, you can take advantage of direct access to the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) from the property for your walks by the sea.
You will be seduced by the calm and beauty of GRANNEC.

Your vacation rental includes a main gîte and 2 small annex gîtes, each equipped with a bathroom and WC. Kitchenette in the small cottage Puffins.

Lovely location for a family holiday

The house and outbuildings offered a lovely quiet location a stone's throw from the bay and beaches. With great surroundings and everything we needed we had a really fun time, we also explored the surrounding area and sampled much of the local cuisine. Would definitely recommend

Nice cottage in a beautiful location, the check in process needs improvement

We arrived at 16:30 to find the property locked with nobody to meet us nor any instructions. After finding a neighbour who is not connected with the property we managed to get a number for the caretaker, who was at a wedding. After exchanging texts for an hour we finally established the keys were in the tumble drier in the laundry. Despite numerous texts and calls inquiring how things operated we did not see or hear from any representatives until the day of the departure. The instructions in the cottage are poorly presented and are only in French. The property is well equiped and well presented it is just lacking a good handbook in the main European languages. The local fliers for attractions in the cottage are long out of date. It is a good place to stay but with a little more attention to detail it could be exceptional.

Séjour très agréable en Bretagne

Vacances en famille dans un site exceptionnel à proximité du GR34. Top au niveau de la localisation. Très beau jardin. Une maison principale pour 6 personnes très agréable. Par contre nous étions 10 personnes occupant les 3 maisons et nous ne pouvions pas tous manger ensemble

deux belles semaines

15 jours très agréables dans cette belle propriété, au calme, avec un jardin magnifique, proximité de la mer et de la belle côte de Granit Rose. Nous avons souvent déjeuné dehors, et fait un feu dans la cheminée du salon le soir. Ensemble très bien équipé.

Großartig!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage auf diesem paradiesischen Grundstück mit seinen charmanten Häusern verbracht. Das große Wohnzimmer mit dem offenen Kamin ist ein besonderes Highlight. In ein paar Schritten kann man direkt auf dem Zöllnerpfad entlang des Meeres wandern und erreicht in 15 Minuten eine Bank mit tollem Ausblick. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Rosa Granitküste befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Gerne möchten wir an diesen schönen Ort zurückkehren und bedanken uns bei unseren Gastgebern Sylvie & Patrick für den unkomplizierten und herzlichen Empfang. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich wie wir sehr wohlgefühlt. Bretagne pur und absolut großartig!

Ein wunderschönes und empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Wir waren überwältigt von dem großen und freizügigen Ferienhaus mit seinem weitläufigen und wunderschönen Grundstück. Besonders toll waren die 3 separaten Wohn- und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Lage direkt am Strand und der angrenzende Wald ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter, die uns per Mail herzlich begrüßten und noch Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gaben!

Authentisch und charmant

Authentisches, mit viel Charme eingerichtetes altes Haus bzw. Häuser. Großartiges, uneinsehbares Grundstück mit direktem Zugang zur Bucht und zum Küstenpfad. Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Auch ansonsten ist an vieles gedacht, nur im Bad im Haupthaus hätte ich mir eine Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken gewünscht. Einziges Manko: es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Reinigungskräfte nicht viel Zeit hatten und manch Ecke übersehen haben. Schade, aber dennoch zu empfehlen.

Superbe propriété, rustique très bien placée, tranquille bien équipée, à cette période le feu de cheminée ouverte est agréable. Accès directe au sentier des douaniers avec une vue splendide. Dépaysement totale même pour dés morbihannais habitués à la côte sauvage. Moments inoubliables.

Schön gelegen, aber...

Das Haus hat einen super Park, der GR beginnt gleich gegenüber. Das Haupthaus ist gut eingerichtet (das Nebenhaus riecht sehr modrig/feucht), alles wäre sehr schön, aber schlecht unterhalten. Die Fenster in beiden Schlafzimmern lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen, mehrere Lampen funktionieren nicht. W-Lan-Code nirgends notiert, wir mussten bei Agence mehrmals nachfragen....

Déjà plusieurs séjours dans cette propriété. Le site est fabuleux. une vraie maison Bretonne. Situé juste en bord de mer et du sentier des Douaniers. Quelques points à revoir niveau confort, à notre avis, rien de grave, vu directement avec le proprio qui est très sympathique. Bref, nous, on est bien dans cette maison !

Haus ist im schlimmen Zustand

Eines vorweggenommenen, das Haus liegt wunderschön an der Küste, ideal für Wanderungen. Das Anwesen selbst ist traumhaft. Die Häuser selbst sind in einem miserablen Zustand. Die Möbel sind alt und fast alle kaputt. Das Doppelbett im Haupthaus muss mit einem Spanngurt zusammengehalten werden Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten sind zu kurz und durchgelegen. Eines der Betten ist durchgebrochen. In der Küche haben sich Unmengen teils abgelaufenen Lebensmittel angesammelt, alles verschmutzt und verklebt. Überall Staub und Spinnweben. Im Wohnzimmer sind die Polster verklebt, Kissen verschmutzt, Möbel kaputt, alles Sperrmüll und sehr unwohnlich. Toiletten waren nicht geputzt, Urin und Kotreste inbegriffen. Böden im Bad voller Sand und Schmutz. Lampen defekt und Stehlampen meist ohne Steckdose. Das Bad im kleinen Haus war nicht benutzbar. Die Wand bei der Badewanne drohte einzustürzen, es klaffte ein großer Spalt neben der Wanne. Die Häuser müssten komplett saniert und neu möbliert werden, Grundreinigung inbegriffen. Der Besitzer und die Betreuung vor Ort waren nach unserer Ankunft nicht mehr erreichbar. Haus ist sehr hochpreisig und rechtfertigt dies nicht annähernd.
