Front garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private, by prior arrangement at cost). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Stabling for horses (at cost, payable directly to the owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property is accessed via a rough track and there is a fenced pond within the garden. . This cluster of three charming stone-built cottages are on a working sheep farm, where you will be greeted by rolling hills, meandering streams, and the ever-present melody of birdsong. Beyond the farm, there’s plenty to see and do in the local area.
At Ty Tarw you’ll be immediately captivated by the warmth of its character along with the unique layout adding to its allure. The open-plan design of Ty Tarw creates an inviting and communal atmosphere with the kitchen, living, and dining areas seamlessly flowing together creating an ideal social space to be enjoyed where a single memory won’t be missed. The centrepiece of the living space is undoubtedly the magnificent inglenook fireplace, complete with a log burner. The master bedroom is a true gem, located in the crog loft, dressed in comfy linens to ensure a cosy and intimate space for a peaceful slumber.
If outdoor activities are your thing, there are plenty of options for walkers and cyclists of all abilities as well as horse riding, canoeing and much more. Families can enjoy a day out at the National Trust Dolaucothi Gold Mines at Pumsaint or the red kite feeding centre at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian.
