Large 2-room apartment completely renovated with quality materials, it offers all the comfort and equipment necessary for 4 to 6 people. It has a sunny south west facing balcony with an exceptional view of the mountain and the ski slopes.
The bay windows (sound and thermal insulation) were all changed in July 2016.

Located less than 50 meters from the slopes, the ski lift 'les Tufs' and close to all shops (sherpa, pharmacy, sports shops, restaurants, bakery ...) in the residence Curling B.

Rental only from Saturday to Saturday

It is composed:
  - a living / dining room equipped with a pull-out sofa, an armchair, a 123 cm flat screen TV connectshare movie, a large table with 2 benches and a stool
  - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with small freezer, oven, ceramic hob, nespresso machine and raclette service
  - a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a chest of drawers
  - a corridor fitted with 2 folding bunk beds separated by a curtain from the living room
  - a bathroom: a bathtub with shower screen, a cabinet with a large sink, a mirror, towel dryer, washer-dryer and a hair dryer
  - a separate toilet
  - an entrance with a large closet
  - a ski locker in the entrance of the residence

a deposit of 1000 euros by check will be requested on site and returned in the week following your departure

Family with teenage boys.

Just finished a week skiing in Tignes and I can not fault this property. Location right in the heart of the town perfect for lifts, ski hire, shops, bars restaurants and transport. The apartment was clean had everything we needed and communication with the owner was great. The size was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely use again.

Danceuses dans les montagnes

L’apartement etait super, super central. On s’est habitue avec les bruits venant des bars et clubs dans la nuit. Val Claret nous a plu. L’apart etait tres confortable pour deux mais trop petit pour 6 a notre avis. Le seul et principal probleme pour nous etaitent le prix extra sur le prix annonce sur le website,Vrbo, plus encore plus pour le linge etc.c’etait un schock

Au centre de l’action !

Super appartement bien équipé et très bien situé pour se rendre sur les pistes mais aussi profiter des commerces et bars/restaurants. À noter tout de même qu’il y a la boîte de nuit juste en dessous et la sortie des gens imbibés peut rythmer la nuit! Sinon je recommande en tout point

Séjour au ski très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Tignes. Le logement est très agréable avec un séjour spacieux, il est mieux que sur les photos ! Beaucoup de rangements disponibles et rien ne manque, il y a même une nespresso. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great apartment, would definitely come back

The apartment is perfectly located, close to the supermarket, restaurants and most importantly to the slopes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need! And is spacious and comfortable to cook in. We were 5 friends and felt enough space in the apartment. Shower is also awsome. Enough room for the ski equipment. The communication with the owners was good but with the concierge it was a little difficult. Also there is additional charges for bed sheets - 100 euros for 5 people, and the sheets were not clean enough.

Très bon emplacement pour profiter du domaine skiable et des commodités du centre ville

Appartement conforme au descriptif, très bien équipé, lits confortables… parfaitement situé pour profiter du domaine skiable de Tignes et Val d’Isere. Pistes à 100m. Boulangerie, sherpa, loueurs et restaurants juste à côté. Échanges faciles er réactifs avec la propriétaire. A noter qqs nuisances sonores la nuit provenant de l’extérieur ( fêtards dans les rues de val claret). Notre famille n’a pour autant pas été gênée. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Great location

Just returned from a good week in the Val Claret. I recommend this apartment. Ski-in/ski out. Well equipped. Located in the centre of Val Claret with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Good communication with the owners and on-site reps throughout.

Appartement grand et fonctionnel idealement placé au coeur de val claret. Depart pistes, superette, boulangerie, location de skis, bars et restaus, tout a moins de 100m !

Propriétaires non conciliants

Malgré la fermeture de la station de Tignes liée à la crise sanitaire du coronavirus, j’ai demandé le remboursement de mon avoir aux propriétaires . Ils ont refusé indiquant qu’eux même n’étaient pas rembourser d’un voyage aux Caraïbes! J’ai proposé que mon avoir soit gardé pour de nouvelles dates . Les dates proposées ne me conviennent pas ou le tarif annoncé est trop élevé pour notre budget. J’ai envoyé une annulation de ma réservation mais pour le moment elle est restée en « attente » .

Heerlijk appartement met enkele kanttekeningen

Appartement is groter dan wij volgens de beschrijving hadden verwacht. Zeer ruime inventaris aanwezig. Bakker en winkels direct in de buurt. Ideaal dat je meteen uit appartement op de skies de winkelstraat door naar de skilift kunt. Er is geen eigen parkeerplaats. Parkeren in parkeergarage 'Golf' (snel vol in drukke periode) of op de algemene onoverdekt parkeerplaats, onder in dorp voor €85 per week. Erg vervelend vonden wij het gigantische lawaai tot zeer diep in de nacht van het uitgaanspubliek > ik heb oordoppen gekocht om te kunnen uitrusten van een vermoeiende dag op de ski's. Voor één week zijn de bakluchten van de pizzeria die direct onder het appartement zit, uit te houden. Bij thuiskomst na het skiën is het appartement gevuld met een 'heerlijke' pizza lucht. Soms een 'aangebrande' lucht. Inchecken is goed geregeld en de controle bij het uitchecken wordt grondig uitgevoerd.

Nice appartement near slopes & ski lifts

We stayed one week during February 2019 in this appartment. This appartement is more than fully equiped; it has everything we needed. Just around the corner you'll find the 'boulangerie(bakery)'. Shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes walking. One can put on his/her skies just outside the building and immediately enjoy the slopes and ski lifts. Picking up the keys with the 'Tignes conciergery' worked very well. We enjoyed our stay in this appartment very much.

Excellent location in the centre of the village

Nicely furnished, spacious apartment with good facilities in a great location in the centre of Val Claret. No internet available in the apartment as advertised, which was a shame.
