On the second floor, two bedrooms can accommodate up to three guests. One double bedroom, and a second single room, complemented by a bathroom with a shower, WC, and basin. Parking is included for one vehicle, and there’s a relaxing outdoor space with furniture and BBQ, perfect for the summer months.

Situated in the historic slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, the property offers convenient access to local shops, cafes, and pubs. Please note: The property is over three floors, and only suitable for children over 12 years old. The cottage has steep external steps and may not be suitable to those with reduced mobility. Whilst the cottage is set back from the road, some low noise from traffic can occasionally be heard and there is limited storage in both the bedrooms. The property welcomes 1 small well behaved dog.

A wonderful cottage hidden away in a gorgeous Slate town in North Wales.

The cottage is truly delightful, in a fairly quiet location & a not too distant drive to key land points and supermarket should you wish. This was perfect for me as it allowed me time of solitude away from people for a while, but also close enough that I could do the hobbies that I enjoy the most - hiking & swimming. Recommend to small families & solo travelers seeking a peaceful get away

The cottage is absolutely amazing, everything catered for plenty of space and everything you need to

There was a folder containing all local information and everything about the property and how to use things, the kitchen was fully equipped, the garden was beautiful, the living room had a TV, Dvd player, wood burner, board games and books, everything you need for entertainment in the dark nights. The parking was tight, I am grateful we could park off road but unfortunately the cars parked road side left very little manoeuvring room.

An absolute gem of a cottage.

It has everything you could possibly need, and was so comfortable and inviting. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise! Stunning views over the Moelwyns, and many walks from the doorstep. Great to stay in an authentic Welsh town, which has some lovely cafes, a number of pubs and shops with good transport links to neighbouring towns if you want to avoid the traffic. We initially found the cottage on Sykes where it had fabulous reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We will be back - thank you.
