Renovated character house overlooking garden and river branch, comprising a living room with open kitchen, wc with washbasin and upstairs: one bedroom (double bed 160X200) with adjoining bathroom.
The accommodation is totally available to vacationers.
It has a washing machine, Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer. cot if needed.

Unfenced garden.
VARENNES JARCY has kept its village spirit despite the nearby amenities, bus (line S) in front of the house for RER D PARIS station at 25mn, DisneyLand Paris at 45mn, Fontainebleau, Horse riding center, Golf at 8 km, ORLY Airport 30mn , ROISSY Airport 45mn. Wonderful experiance
Anita went out of fer way to make our stay comfortable in her House by the river. The cottage was everything the prentation said it was and more. The cottage was clean and in like new conditioin. The location was perfect in the cozy community of Varennes Jarcy. We were about 10 minutes drive to the train station (about 2 miles) for our periodic trips into Paris which was only aabout 16 miles or 1/2 hour by suburban train. A great stay in a great community and a very nice house. Thank you Anita for all you did to make our stay great.

Ein perfektes Haus
Anitas Haus ist perfekt, sehr sauber,gepflegt und gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Bäcker ist eine Minute entfernt. Frühstücken im Garten kann nicht schöner sein. Ab Combs la Ville ist man mit dem Zug in 25 Minuten in Paris (Gare de Lyon). Anita hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Da wir mit den Rädern kamen, hat sie uns mit ihrem Auto zum Supermarkt gefahren und uns die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir haben uns bei Anita sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Lovely house by the river close to Paris.
We had a great stay in this lovely house close to the river Yerres. Great location for visiting Disneyland Paris (40 minute drive) and the centre of Paris (30 minute train journey to the Gare de Lyon from nearby Combs-la-Ville Quincy). The house is exactly as shown in the photos - beautifully clean and very well equipped. We received a warm welcome from Anita and great advice from her on where to shop, places to visit, local walks etc. All in all a lovely break and we'll certainly consider staying here again if we return to this part of France.

Super Haus fuer einen schoenen Aufenthalt in der Naehe von Paris
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern Ende Oktober 2015 fuer 4 Naechte in Anitas schoenem Haus am Fluss. Der Ort ist ca. 35 Km von Paris entfernt, bis Disneyland oder Versailles braucht man auch nur ca. 40 Min. mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist klein aber fein, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Im EG befindet sich die voll ausgestattete Kueche mit allem was man braucht, sowie der Esstisch und das Wohnzimmer. Alles in einem Raum. Das Bad ist gross und super schick mit Regenbrause, das WC ist getrennt. Kleines Manko, dass man von der Kueche bzw. Wohnraum ins Bad/WC geht und diese keine Fenster haben. Aber das Belueftungssystem ist sehr gut und fuer den Urlaub ist das vollkommen ok. Falls noetig steht im Bad im grossem Wandschrank auch eine Waschmaschine, sowie Buegelbrett etc. zur Stelle. Alles in allem wirklich super ausgestattet. Im oberen Stockwerk sind zwei gemuetliche Schlafzimmer. Fuer die Kleidung und das Gepaeck ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden. Die Vermieterin Anita ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und steht auch mit extra Handtuechern oder sonstigen Wuenschen und Fragen immer zur Verfuegung. Fuer 4 Personen ist dieses Haus wirklich schoen und empfehlenswert. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris fahren, werden wir es bestimmt wieder buchen.

We had a great time in this great house
The house has a very good location, not far from any turistic place (Paris, Versalles, Fontainebleau, Disney, etc). A totaly new house with a nice garden by a river. Very good for children and everyone. Very well equipped. Antonio Spain

Lovely relaxing setting, good modern accommodation
Everything was as described, and really much better. The environment of the house is quite beautiful, and we received a very warm welcome from our host. We received much help finding what we needed and making arrangements. There are some good local restaurants and also top places (starred) in nearby towns; and kayaking is also a high point. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone, and we hope to return ourselves before long!

Perfect location to visit Paris and Euro Disney
We had a lovely holiday staying here. Its quiet and peaceful and seems away from it all and yet is only 45 mins drive to Euro Disney and a 30-40 min train ride into central Paris. We appreciated coming back after a day in the city and our son loved the cats and feeding the ducks! Anita and Alex are very friendly and helpful and it really mattered to them that we enjoyed ourselves, which we did. We would highly reccomend this to other British families looking for a base to explore Paris and its surroundings.

Parfaitement bien!

UNE LOCATION A RECOMMANDER
Un très agréable séjour dans un joli village, cette belle maison est spacieuse, bien décorée, propre et très bien équipée, la literie est de qualité. Les commerces sont pratiquement en face de la maison (boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurant) Le jardin est grand, boisé, fleuri et bien entretenu, c'est un réel plaisir d'y déjeuner et de s'y détendre. De belles balades le long de la rivière vous attendent et la proximité avec Paris, le Château de Fontainebleau et de Vaux le Vicomte est un atout. La propriétaire est chaleureuse et à votre écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
