For those travelling on business, there is a dedicated office room to make use of when catching up on calls and emails.

- This home is on the lower ground floor. There are stairs to the entrance but no elevator.
- The fireplaces in this home is ornamental.
- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- The homeowners' gardener occasionally visits on a tuesday and has a key to let himself into the home to access the garden. We will let you know if this will happen during your stay.
- The master ensuite in the home has a saniflo system.
- This home accepts babies but does not toddlers, children or pets.
- The heating in this home is centrally-managed within the building and is only on between september and april.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
