The comfortable, modern holiday apartments in I Turchesi are located around a large swimming pool in an exclusively designed low-rise building (max. two floors). This does not mean that your holiday apartment is located directly by the swimming pool. There is always a footpath and a green strip between the holiday apartments and the swimming pool. The holiday apartments are available in two versions: a holiday apartment for 4 people with one bedroom (IT-74010-01 = Type Standard, IT-74010-04 = Type Comfort)). This type of apartment is usually on the first floor. They have a covered balcony with garden furniture. There is also a 6-person, two-bedroom type (IT-74010-02 = Type Standard, IT-74010-05 = Type Comfort). Most holiday apartments of this type are on the ground floor and have an unfenced garden with a covered terrace and garden furniture. All holiday apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a dishwasher in the kitchen and air conditioning. This Comfort holiday flat includes daily cleaning, daily change of towels and free hire of two beach towels. The mandatory service costs on site are for the club card (€65 per adult, €30 per child from 4 to 12 years old). With this card you have access to the private beach with 1 parasol, 1 deck chair and 1 sun lounger per apartment, shuttle service to the beach, swimming pool, small fitness room, animation, mini club (4-12 years), junior club (12-17 years), tournaments, use of the soccer field, beach soccer, beach volleyball, tennis court. Animation, beach service and shuttle are from May 26th. until 08.09. available. If desired, an additional parasol can be reserved when booking (subject to availability: €20 per day). Surcharge for the first row: €45 per week Surcharge for the second row: €35 per week, payable locally Pets only up to 17 kg. Dogs are not allowed in the shared facilities.
