Sundowner is an idyllic getaway apartment offering two sumptuous bedrooms, one bathroom, located moments from everything Scarborough has to offer. This professionally designed apartment features modern and stylish interiors throughout, with a lovely home from home feeling and provides the perfect base to enjoy all the area has to offer.
The living room at Sundowner is comfortable and stylish, the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the local area or just relaxing with loved ones. The room has a large Tv for all your entertainment needs and includes a dining table that seats four.
The kitchen leads off the Living room and is a bright galley style space, fully equipped with a wide range of appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and not forgetting the all-important dishwasher.
The apartment has two bedrooms located at either ends of the property and in both you will find a comfortable king size bed in modern and stylish surroundings. Both rooms have plenty of storage and are spacious and tranquil offering the perfect place to recharge your batteries and ensures the most restful of sleeps. A partial en-suite is available to the rear bedroom and features a WC and basin for extra comfort.
Double patio doors from the ensuite bedroom leads you directly out onto your own private patio area, ideal for letting the fresh sea air flood in while enjoying your morning cuppa in peace.
The family bathroom is located in the main hallway between the two bedrooms. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail and is designed to the same high standard.
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Sundowner are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provide before your arrival date.

Scarborough is the quintessential location to make lasting memories, with morning strolls along the promenade following in the footsteps of the early Victorians and feeling the sand between your toes as you explore the beaches, and for the more adventurous maybe a surfing lesson.
The South beach offers many traditional ice cream parlors and lots of local seafood stalls offering whelks, mussels, crabs and much more. Explore the beautiful Italian Gardens, before heading into the town center for shops, bars and restaurants aplenty. Scarborough boasts The Open Air Theatre which is an outdoor venue for bands, and singers, or enjoy a night at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre, that's the home of local playwright Alan Ayckbourn who lives in the town. The theatre offers first class plays, music, films and comedy for all tastes.
With so much to do in the area a visit to Peasholm Park is a must, voted in the top ten parks in the UK. With a rich history and after having recently received a prestigious Green Flag Award, this oriental themed municipal park offers a beautiful system of streams and waterfalls, mini bridges and mystical gardens for the whole family to enjoy. The park is also home to the world famous Naval Warfare (July and August) – a unique miniature sea battle that has been shown on television screens across the globe. A unique family holiday attraction and possibly the longest running show of all time.
The Alpamare water park with its outdoor pools, wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides is also nearby to add to the many attractions that Scarborough has to offer.
Other attractions include a trip to see the seals, penguins, sharks, turtles at the Sea Life Centre. Then onto Scarborough Castle with its 3,000 years of history to enjoy.
