Enjoy your holiday, a getaway near the beach or if you are a digital nomad, from a magnificent penthouse, with sea views, in the heart of the El Palo neighborhood, a typical Malaga neighborhood, with a very busy life, full of restaurants, shops, cafes, beach bars and just 300 meters from the beach.
The penthouse has on its ground floor, a complete kitchen, for a getaway or if you come for more time, so you can cook with everything you need, a living room with a dining room, a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, where there is a work table. On the same ground floor, there is a complete bathroom, with a large shower and a window to the outside.
From the living room, through a staircase, you access the upper part, the Terrace. The attic terrace has a dining table, sofas for chatting and having an aperitif or dinner, and a reading corner, which will allow you to enjoy more than 330 days of sunshine a year. Enjoying the terrace, you will not have to go down to the kitchen of the apartment, since there is a kitchen on the same terrace, with a living room, where there is a sofa and a complete bathroom, with a shower.
