This fantastic top floor one bedroom apartment is located in the ever popular Amarilla Golf area and is an ideal base to explore the area or simply relax and enjoy the Tenerife climate!
If you enjoy a pleasant early morning walk or an evening stroll this area is perfect! There are plenty of local amenities all within walking distance including local supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as the lovely San Miguel Marina which is very close by.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


Should you wish to venture further you can walk quite easily to the adjacent Golf Course of Golf del Sur which has even more places to enjoy including San Blas Commercial Centre with a wide variety of local bars , restaurants and a larger supermarket.
Amarilla Golf Course is quite literally on your doorstep with the Clubhouse less than 3 minutes by car/taxi.


Enter the property into a light, bright and spacious lounge area and open plan modern fitted kitchen in the corner of the room and including a very nice dining area.
The lounge has a double sofa bed for guests as extra sleeping accomodation
The lounge opens to a large sunny West facing terrace ensuring plenty of sun until sunset and enjoying very nice views to the community gardens , Golf fairway and distant sea views.
The bedroom is a very comfortable size with a double bed and large patio windows opening to a further East facing terrace and views of the surrounding area and sea! ideal for an early morning coffee in the sun!
There is a well presented clean and bright bathroom with bathtub including shower and there is also an installed washing machine as well.
Furnished to a very good standard and fully equipped this is a great choice for a perfect holiday or break in the sun!

The property is accessed by an external staircase ( no lift access).

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
