About this property
Peaceful Family Retreat Near Gloucester Road
Our family home has three floors. On the top floor, there is a very spacious super-king bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a workspace. Below, there is a further double bedroom and a family bathroom. The ground floor boasts expansive living space: a cosy living room with a wide screen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen/diner that extends to a sunny, south-facing garden room with French windows leading to a secluded garden. There is also a utility room - where you can safely store two bikes.
Our location is unmatchable – all the benefits of peaceful living while only a few minutes’ walk from the Gloucester Road. Both bedrooms are bright and have stunning views across Bristol and you have access to a lovely park from the garden. Fans of Hollywood cinema may like to know that Cary Grant was born in the house opposite, which is marked with a commemorative plaque. You have everything within walking distance: Horfield leisure centre and its swimming pool, a Tesco supermarket and tennis courts. The public transport links are great too - with easy access to get to all of Bristol's most popular spots at regular intervals throughout the day.
